Goals
Provide citizens and interested parties with a notification panel, so they can follow the "environmental heartbeat" of the city as well as their own impacts and contributions.
Populate the profile picture with third party profile pairing (i.e. FB, Twitter, or Google+ profile picture)
- Notifications to be handled through social media or email
- Populate notifications with 'green points'
- Possible partnership with Project Front Yard.
